This is the famous personal trainer Tracy Anderson who is actually the only personal trainer I am incorporating into my workouts. Over the last few weeks, I’ve decided to really get back into shape despite some health issues that seem to take over by body. I’m doing Tracy Anderson’s “Dance Cardio” DVD, along with this “Butt & Thigh” webisode as well as here abs & arms webisodes via youtube. It has been just about 2 weeks, and I feel a dramatic change.

What makes Tracy Anderson’s workouts so unique is that she used to be in the New York City ballet, and she concentrates on working on accessory muscles to give you a leaner and dancer look rather then doing repetitive reps that can add muscle. Girls - this is an amazing personal trainer to follow. If you don’t want to get the muscles in your legs from running, look up her Dance Cardio dvd. I can’t wait for our wedding day, I have a good year of workouts ahead - I’m excited! I took before pictures, maybe I’ll post the before & afters next year. Did I mention that all of her webisodes on youtube have great electronica music? I picture dancing in a club, and it makes me highly motivated to workout! :)
